A few philanthropist of Agharia Community met at A-60, Mancheswar Industrial Area on the 1st of April 1995 in a meeting convened by late Flt. Lt. Sashi Bhoosan Patel (of village Lokdega, Sargipali) & Sri Ramesh Prasad Naik, IAS (Retd.) of Agharia Pada, Bolangir among others. The Said luminaries decided to form a voluntary organization with the objective of working for community health, education & rural development. The group matured slowly, and now is called the Agragamee. Wikipedia has some information on Agharia in general.
